I set up Runology to help people meet their potential. I have been a physio for 6 years, have attended many post grad courses in running gait analysis and rehabilitation and, most importantly of all, I know what it is like to train for events whilst leading a busy life.
Helping people reach their potential is the very reason why I became a physio. So many people have bad backs, sore knees and hips and injuries from running. It doesn’t have to be that way!
